"Badlands Vertical"
(Caledon, Ontario, 2003)
This natural wonder of the Caledon hills is a shock of rust in the otherwise rolling green of the surrounding countryside. Spectacularly captured here is the contrast in colour of sky and earth, a solitary tree the mediator between the two.

"Badlands Horizontal"
(Caledon, Ontario, 2003)
The perspective here is of the red mounds winding like river, the green shrubs encroaching on the dusty earth. A long, lean picture, with an almost absent sky.
